Policies and Terms
Orders can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed. Plants are reserved as the orders are received. We do not take orders over the telephone. If you have any questions, e-mails are preferred. Our phone number is given for when e-mails are not possible.
Substitutes:
We aim to fill your order as requested, however there are times when due to germination, back ordered seed, crop failure, etc. a variety is not available. With that in mind please enter your choices for substitution on the order form. If no substitutes are listed we will choose a similar variety from our available plants.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, checks and money orders. Payment is required upon ordering to reserve your plants. This is necessary if plants are being shipped or picked up. For credit card authorization we need the following:
- Your name exactly as it appears on the credit card.
- Your billing address. This is the address where you receive the bill for the credit card you are using.
- Your CID/V 3 digit code on the back of your card.
Please allow 10 business days for personal/business checks to clear. Returned check fee is $30.00 and must be paid prior to shipping.
Our Guarantee
Plants are guaranteed to be true to name and healthy upon shipping. We will replace any that arrive damaged must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packing materials. Claims of untrue plants are to be made in writing, along with photos by Sept 30.
Plant survival once plants leave our greenhouse is not guaranteed as conditions and exposures to insects etc. are beyond our control. We do not offer refunds. We will not be held liable for more than the cost of the product under any circumstances. 12 plant minimum. You can mix and match plants to make the minimum amount. Total number ordered must be a multiple of 6. This means you may order 1 each of 12 varieties or any combination of plants to total 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 etc.
